My first experience with Edward Jones occurred when I was 10 years old. At that time, the firm had fewer than 100 branch offices and financial advisors and the company was called Edward D. Jones and Company. In 1980, when I began my own career with Edward Jones, we financial advisors were known as registered representatives.

Edward D. Jones, Jr., often referred to as Ted Jones, the son of our firm's founder, was busy traveling the Midwest trying to grow the firm. He happened to stop in St. Joseph. At the time, my father was working at another financial firm and wasn't happy. Somehow Ted Jones, who was a pro at finding the right people to come to work at Jones, came across this unhappy competitor. As a result, my father, the late W. Milton Jones, opened the first Edward Jones office in St. Joseph in 1965. Since that time, four immediate family members have worked for Edward Jones.

With my recent 40-year anniversary working at Edward Jones, my family has roughly 96 years of helping individual investors reach their serious long-term financial goals. In addition, Tracy Wright, my senior branch office administrator, has been working alongside me for over 21 years. We work very well together as a team and continually strive to provide our clients with the best possible experience.

Edward Jones has definitely had a positive impact on my family and our lives. Let us show you how we can help make a difference in your family's lives.

When it comes to your serious long-term financial goals, please consider our experienced team to help you reach those goals. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
