Signing up for Online Access is easy and helps us connect more online. If you received an invite from your Edward Jones team, tap the link in your email to begin sign up. Otherwise, download the Edward Jones app and tap "Sign Up" to get started. Start by verifying your identity with your account number, date of birth, and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Create a user ID and password. You'll need to follow the security guidelines when creating them. You'll now need to verify your email. If your email address is on file, confirm it's correct, and tap "Next." If it's not, enter your email to receive a verification link. Check your email, and tap the link to verify. Don't see the email? Check your junk or spam folder. Selecting the link in the email takes you back to the app sign up screen. Carefully read the terms and conditions. Tap, "I have read and agreed to the terms," to continue. Select your security preference by signing up for text messaging or setting up security questions. If you sign up for text messaging, enter your mobile number and accept the terms and conditions to receive a security code. Once you receive your one-time use code, enter it to finish the signup process. If you prefer to set up security questions, select and answer three, then tap "Complete Enrollment." Use your new credentials to log in to your account. Once logged in, you'll be led through a quick tour that will show you how to use the Edward Jones app. Exit the tour to view a snapshot of your accounts. Still having issues? If you forget your password, follow these simple steps to reset access to your account. Open the Edward Jones app and tap "Forgot user ID or password." When prompted, tap "Reset your password." Enter your user ID, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number. Then tap "Continue." Select a delivery method for your authentication code, either text message, phone call or email. When you receive your six-digit code, enter it into the authentication code field and tap "Log In." Connecting accounts you hold outside of Edward Jones in Online Access is an easy and secure way to give you and your financial advisor a more complete view of your financial well-being. Before you get started, you'll need the login information for your outside accounts. Once you've gathered your information, log in to the Edward Jones app, go to the Accounts section, scroll to the bottom and tap Connect Account. Select a suggested site or use the search bar to enter a financial institution. When prompted, enter your user ID and password for that account. Edward Jones does not have access to client user ID and password information for outside accounts. To connect your account, tap Submit. After a few moments, your outside account will appear in the Accounts section of Online Access. Connect additional accounts at any time. Having any issues? Contact your Edward Jones team.
