At Edward Jones, we believe the relationship between you and our branch team is one of the most important aspects of successful investing. That is why Edward Jones arranges for a number of clients each month to receive a brief and confidential client satisfaction survey by phone or email. The results give us a good picture of how our clients feel about our service, as well as what and how we can improve.
The Edward Jones client satisfaction survey
The survey is short, confidential, professional and meaningful.
SHORT: With just eight questions, it takes only three to four minutes to complete.
CONFIDENTIAL: Your individual responses are never revealed. Instead, they are combined with those of other clients to provide an overall snapshot of how our clients collectively rate our service.
PROFESSIONAL: All interviewers are located in the U.S. and must reach and maintain certain quality standards to make calls on behalf of Edward Jones. Responses are forwarded to our third-party facilitator, J.D. Power and Associates, who combines your responses with those of other clients to present a collective report to our branch team. When you receive a survey call, expect to immediately hear the call is on behalf of Edward Jones (not J.D. Power and Associates).
MEANINGFUL: The survey is not about your account, but the service you receive and your satisfaction with our branch team. The interviewer does not have access to any personal or financial information about you or your account. We simply want to know how to make your experience with our branch the best it can be.

When could you be called?
Monday - Friday: 9 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sundays and Holidays: No client calls will be made.
What number show on caller ID?
In most cases for US clients, your caller ID will show Dynata, who is making the phone calls on behalf of JD Power and Edward Jones.
For Canadian clients, your caller ID will show Edward Jones and the Ontario number (289) 232-6238 (English & French). However, this depends on your phone company's procedures.
