With Online Access, you have a secure and convenient way to view, print and download your Edward Jones tax forms electronically. Simply log in and navigate to the Documents tab, then the Tax Forms screen.
Important: You must be enrolled in Edward Jones Online Access to use the features described below. If you are not enrolled in Online Access, you may do so at www.edwardjones.com/access.
The Tax Forms screen provides a list of your current accounts and information related to the tax form for each one. The list defaults to display all forms for the most recent tax year, but you can select specific accounts and/or a prior tax year using the drop-down menus.
View: To view your tax form, click the PDF link. The form will be displayed using the PDF software installed on your computer.
Print: To print your tax form, follow these steps:
Note: Certain combinations of PDF viewing/printing software and the web browser installed on your computer may result in your printout being blacked out if you don't follow these steps.
Download: To download your tax form, click the Excel® or CSV link for the desired file format and account. If your tax preparer is asking for the file, be sure to verify which format is needed.
Send to Tax Preparer: Use the Send to Tax Preparer button to share your tax forms securely with your tax professional. For details, visit "Securely Share Your Edward Jones Tax Forms."
