If you aren't signed up for Online Access: Text the word "Connect" to 31268 or follow our online instructions to get started.
If you already use Online Access: Download our Online Access User Guide for sign up instructions or log in to Online Access and go to "Settings" and click "Manage" next to your phone number to sign up.
Your entire Edward Jones team will be able to text you and view and respond to your texts. However, the team will have limited access to text outside of business hours, so you may not receive an immediate response, especially in the evening or on weekends.
