Matt Embleton joined the Edward Jones Research department in 2007 as a senior area analyst in Mutual Fund Research. He was named a principal with the firm in 2009. Today he is responsible for the Mutual Fund Research department, including the performance of the department, analyst development and the research associated with Edward Jones Advisory Solutions®.
Prior to joining Edward Jones, Embleton was employed in the financial services industry for 15 years, including 13 years at A.G. Edwards, where he served as senior analyst and vice president.
Embleton graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia and earned a master's degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis. In addition, he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of St. Louis.
