For the 10th time, financial-services firm Edward Jones ranks "Highest in Employee Advisor Satisfaction among Financial Investment Firms" by J.D. Power.
Edward Jones financial advisors gave the highest satisfaction ratings in all of the seven study categories, with a score of 909 points out of 1,000. This compares to the industry average of 726. Edward Jones was among the eight firms captured in the study.

Financial advisors were asked to rate their firms in terms of client support, firm leadership, professional development and technology, among other factors. Edward Jones has been the top performer in all 10 JD Power advisor satisfaction studies since 2007.
