Power study measures overall investor satisfaction with full service investment firms based on eight factors including financial advisor; account information; investment performance; firm interaction; product offerings; commissions and fees; information resources; and problem resolution.
Research firm, Hearts & Wallets, conducted its Wants & Pricing: What Investors Buy & Competitive Ratings study, which ranked 24 financial firms based on more than 10 different attributes that investors deemed most important, found that Edward Jones outperformed across nearly all attributes, including the top three: "fees clear and understandable"; "unbiased, puts my interests first"; and, "explains things in understandable terms."

Edward Jones' overall score was 9.5 out of 10 possible points. The firm scored top marks for its online client account information (9.5) and the quality of its mobile applications (8.8).
