To simplify your mortgage or home equity application process, please have the following information handy when you call 1-888-304-9242:

Applicant Information:

• Home Address (past 2 years)
• Social Security Number
• Employment Information (past 2 years employer name, address, phone)
• Income (salary, overtime, bonuses, commission, dividends, etc.)
• Liquid Assets (bank name, account, type and balance)
• Other Assets (stocks, bonds, life insurance, retirement funds, automobiles)
• Liabilities (creditor name and balances for all debts, alimony, child support, etc.)
• Real Estate Owned (property address, market value, liens, rental income, mortgage payments, taxes, insurance, etc.)
• Appraisal Contact (name and address of appraiser and to gain access)

Property Information

• Purchase Contract (complete address)
• Condominium or Co-op (name of development or project, phone number of homeowners association)
• New Construction (year land acquired, original cost, liens, market value cost of construction)
• Refinance Loans (year property acquired, original cost, cost of improvements, liens and description of improvements)

When you apply for your mortgage loan, you'll be asked to pay a $350 application deposit. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of the property appraisal and credit report and can be charged to your Edward Jones credit card or most other major credit cards.
