Edward Jones CFO/FSA Accounts

Investing wisely is the first step toward achieving your goals. The second step should be choosing the best account to simplify how you manage and review your investments and other financial activities. At Edward Jones, we offer two different solutions for integrating multiple financial activities, a Full Service Account and our Complete Financial Organization Account.

Edward Jones Full Service Account (FSA)
The FSA is our standard investment account that gives you the ability to view and manage your money market funds and investments. FSA allows you to:

  • Manage dividend and interest payments conveniently
  • Earn a competitive yield on money market funds, with only a $2,500 average monthly balance requirement
  • Enjoy easy access to your funds with check writing and no required check minimums
  • Use our no-annual-fee Visa debit card for immediate and direct access to your funds for purchases and at ATMs
  • Receive a consolidated statement (now available electronically) for simplified record keeping
  • Use eligible investments for convenient and confidential short-term borrowing*

Edward Jones CFO: Complete Financial Organization
For those who desire further organization of their investing spending, savings and borrowing activities and prefer paying one simple fee versus a la carte pricing for individual services, our CFO account can be a smart solution. CFO adds numerous valuable services to your existing account and allows you to:

  • Earn more on money market funds with no minimum balance requirement
  • Prevent money from sitting idle with daily "sweeps" of money market fund balances including interest and dividends into your taxable or tax-free money market fun
  • Access funds conveniently with unlimited check writing and a no-annual-fee debit card
  • Enjoy a monthly rebate of up to $10 to cover ATM surcharge fees. Plus, no $1 processing for your first 50 ATM withdrawals
  • Take advantage of compounding with free dividend reinvestment into eligible stocks
  • Manage up to two IRAs with no fees
  • Benefit from simplified estate transfers
  • Make automatic deposits and withdrawals
  • Pay bills online
  • Use eligible investments for convenient and confidential short-term borrowing*
  • Consolidate other accounts for a better view of how you’re progressing toward your long-term goals
  • Enjoy simplified record keeping and one consolidated 1099 at tax time
  • Receive a discount over our standard fees

Life is busy enough without having to worry about your finances. Our FSA and CFO accounts are designed to help you conveniently integrate your financial activities and get a comprehensive view of where they stand, so you can feel confident that you're on track to achieve your financial goals.

Please contact your local financial advisor to discuss which account is best for you.

*Borrowing against securities has its risks and is not appropriate for everyone. If the value of your collateral declines, you may be required to deposit money market funds or additional securities, or the securities in your account may be sold to meet the margin call. Interest will begin to accrue from the date of the loan and be charged to your account. Available only on certain types of accounts.

ATM withdrawals using the Edward Jones debit card are subject to a fee of $1 per ATM withdrawal plus surcharge fees charged by ATM owners outside the PNC network.

Edward Jones has arranged with PNC Bank, Delaware, for the issuance of Visa® cards to clients. When you use your Edward Jones Visa debit card, you will be accessing the available money market balance in your Edward Jones account. Application approval is contingent on a review of your check-writing history and/or credit information.

An investment in the Money Market Fund is not insured or guaranteed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or any other government agency. Although the Fund seeks to preserve the value of your investment at $1.00 per share, it is possible to lose money by investing in the Fund.

You should consider the investment objective, risks, and charges and expenses carefully before investing.
