A Unique Understanding of Your Financial Needs
At Edward Jones, we believe our ability to offer sound investment recommendations and advice depends on our ability to know and understand your needs. Your financial advisor plays an essential role in developing that understanding. As a firm, we also use technology to manage, maintain and report timely and accurate information about your investments.

Confidentiality is important to our relationship with you. We are very serious about our responsibility to protect your privacy by keeping information secure and confidential. We're providing this notice to inform all our clients how we collect, use, disclose and protect information.

We also want you to know one thing up front: Edward Jones does not and will not sell any information about you or any of our clients to anyone.

In addition, we take steps to protect the personal information about you that we collect and maintain. Access to personal information is granted to our branch and home office associates only to provide investments and services to clients, or to serve another legitimate business need. To make you aware of the full range of investments and services available through Edward Jones, we may disclose information (as described in the "Information Collection" section) to companies that perform services on our behalf, or to other financial institutions with which we have joint marketing agreements. For example, firms that work with us to market Edward Jones-branded investments and services, such as mortgages and credit cards, have access to certain information. However, those companies are prohibited from using that information to market any other products and services to you. Information provided to them is protected by strict confidentiality agreements.
