William E. (Bill) Fiala, CFA, CPA Principal
Principal, Director of Equity Research

William E. Fiala, a principal with the firm, was named the firm’s director of research in 2003. He is also co-chair of the firm’s Investment Policy Advisory Committee. Fiala joined the firm as an analyst in 1994 and was recognized three times in The Wall Street Journal’s annual All- Star Analyst survey.

Fiala earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University and his master’s degree in professional accounting from the University of Texas. Prior to joining Edward Jones, he worked for the public accounting firm of Ernst and Young.

Fiala is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
