Official Language Disclosure

Edward Jones has designated English as the official language for all aspects of its client relationships and communications.

Clients should understand that all agreements with Edward Jones, whether evidenced in writing or not, will be written, interpreted, and applied in English.

English is also the official and controlling language for all other documents, notices, disclosures, and communications, whether delivered in hard copy or electronic form, provided by Edward Jones.

Any client who desires a translation of any such agreement, document, notice, disclosure, or communication is responsible for arranging or obtaining such translation, including any associated costs.

Notwithstanding the preparation of any such translation, the English language version of any such agreement, document, notice, disclosure, or communication prepared by Edward Jones and delivered or otherwise provided to clients shall control for all purposes of application, interpretation, or construction.
