One-on-One Relationships
At Edward Jones, our financial advisors devote a great deal of time and attention to building relationships. They're encouraged to go right out in the community and meet with people. On any given day, they might meet three or four clients in person, and speak with even more on the telephone. After all, we believe it's only by really knowing their clients and understanding their needs that they can provide the best investment advice.
Community Involvement
Being active in the community outside the office is another thing that we think sets apart our financial advisors. Many of them are involved in a variety of community organizations. They may also provide seminars and classes for individual investors and local business owners. And since they usually live in the same towns as our clients, their relationships often extend beyond the office to the local school, church or ballpark.
