Your Community Branch

Since investment firms tend to be located in expensive high-rises and big cities, you might be surprised at where you'll find Edward Jones. Many of our offices are located in local, community-based spaces. You'll find our branches on Main Street, in home offices and in other neighborhood locations. We make a point of being accessible and approachable - both physically and in the way we interact with our clients.

Entering an Edward Jones branch, you'll be warmly greeted by the branch office administrator (BOA), who works as a team with the financial advisor. You'll feel welcome and comfortable, whether it's your first visit or your fifteenth.

And when it comes to speaking with your financial advisor, you will do so in private. Most of our offices have just one financial advisor, who will offer his or her full attention when you speak. That includes not taking calls or dealing with any other business that's not related to you and your needs.
