What is online account access?
Online account access is a service that enables Edward Jones clients to view their account information on the Internet any time they choose.
What information does online account access offer?
With online account access, you'll have the ability to:
- Login securely with a UserID and Password (view sample screen)
- View all your Edward Jones accounts online (view sample screen)
- View a detailed list of your security holdings (view sample screen)
- View a detailed history of your transactions. Activity history in the new system will begin accruing on May 19, 2009. After activity accrues, clients will be able to view up to 45 days and search up to 18 months of activity. Please note, the history from our previous system will not transfer to the new site. - View a log and details of your open orders (view sample screen)
- View statements online, beginning in June, for statements as of May 2009 (view sample screen)

Can I view information about all of my accounts?
Yes. You will automatically see the accounts for which you are the owner. These are identified as accounts which have your Social Insurance Number and date of birth. To see other accounts, for example, your spouse's account, the owner of those accounts must sign into account access and link you to their accounts. Click here to learn more about this feature.
How do I view the detailed holdings and activity for my accounts?
First, highlight the account you want to view in the middle of the screen, and then use the navigation links on the top of the screen to view security holdings, account activity and account orders. Additionally, you can double-click on your account to view detailed holdings.
How long will I be able to view historical transaction information on my account?

How do I enroll in account access?
Enroll online by visiting www.edwardjones.ca and clicking the Account Access button that can be found in the right corner of the page.
What do I do if I forget or lose my password?
You can reset your password online. From the Log In page, select Password Reset. Enter your User ID, Social Insurance Number, date of birth and create a new password.
How is my account information protected over the Internet?
The security and privacy of your account information are important to us. Therefore, we use sophisticated 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect your information from unauthorized users.
We ask that you help by keeping your User ID and password confidential and by protecting the security of your personal computer so that others cannot access your financial information.
Who has access to my account information?
You are the only person who can view the information unless you link your account to someone else. Learn more about Link Accounts.
Can I download my account information into personal financial management software programs such as Quicken® or Microsoft Money®?
Edward Jones does not currently offer this service, however, you can export your account information in Microsoft Excel format.
Do I need to use special computer equipment or software to access accounts?
For best use, we recommend this site be accessed from a PC with Windows 2000 or higher. A current version of a Web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer (6.0 or above) is also needed.
Does account access replace my monthly statement?
No. You will continue to receive your monthly statement(s) in the mail. You will be able to view your statements online beginning in June 2009, however you will not be able to suppress your paper statements at this time.
How often is my account information updated?
Your account information is updated each night, and market indexes and quotes are updated throughout the day. Order status is real time during the hours stock markets are open.
